Why We Do 12-Month Lawn Care Agreements

A North Georgia yard doesn't stop needing attention when the mowing slows down.

The yearly cycle. Warm-season grass grows hard through late spring and summer. Then the leaves come down, and winter storms leave limbs behind. If your lawn service disappears after October, you're hunting for someone new right when the yard gets messy.

What a 12-month agreement covers.

  1. A set number of cuts through the growing season.
  2. Leaf cleanup in the fall.
  3. Limb pickup and other yard needs through the colder months.

Why it works for both sides. You get one provider who already knows your yard, your gates, and your trouble spots. We get steady routes that stay close to Gainesville, which is why we can keep pricing simple and published.

Pay your way. Monthly or per visit.

What stays extra. Shrubs, mulch, pine straw, and rock. Those are quoted separately.

See your per-cut price on our lawn care page, then we'll walk through the agreement with you before anything starts.
